Jessie, a native of Central Florida, graduated from Hagerty High School in Oviedo, FL. Throughout her four years there, she made significant contributions to the varsity team as a defensive utility player. The team achieved an impressive 88-7 record and went on to compete for the title of division 8A State Champion Runner-Up. Recognizing Jessie's outstanding performance, she received the 'Trailblazer Award' and earned nominations as Team Captain for both her travel-ball team and a separate season of high school ball.
With a notable .414 batting average and a .677 slugging percentage, Jessie secured a scholarship to continue playing at the collegiate level with the St. Johns River State Vikings. Initially recruited as a shortstop, she demonstrated versatility by playing multiple positions, including 3rd base and centerfield. Her impressive stats during her time with the Vikings included a .418 batting average, .559 on-base percentage, and a .784 slugging percentage. Jessie has channeled her passion for the game into coaching. Post-graduation, her focus shifted towards sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm through 1-on-1 training, organizing camps and clinics, and coaching travel ball.
Specializing in performance optimization in hitting, fielding, strength and conditioning, as well as player intrapersonal skill development, Jessie emphasizes her expertise for players at all levels. Drawing from her background in strength and balance conditioning, she aims to yield long-term results as players progress through different stages of the game and life. Jessie places a significant emphasis on utilizing kinesiology to generate genuine power and adaptability as the game advances. Furthermore, she guides players in understanding game strategy, fostering a positive attitude, and reinforcing a strong work ethic, all of which have proven to enhance athlete focus and diligence both on and off the field.
